You may be wondering what the benefit of having a wedding coordinator is, or what it is we even do. As your coordinator, I am here to be your advocate and make sure no detail is missed! Your vendors may not be down to help with the small things or know how to pivot when something doesn’t go according to plan. Having a wedding coordinator ensures that someone is there to keep the day moving and that your vision is brought to life, all while making certain that you are making the most of and enjoying every second of your day.

Think of this as just a starting point - everything is completely customizable! Once you reach out, we’ll find some time to set up a coffee date. The purpose of these is for you to feel 100% confident in making your next move. Then, if the vibes are right, I’ll put together a custom proposal that will meet your specific needs within your budget.
At minimum, my services will include:
Up to 3 meeting sessions (in person or video), including a venue walkthrough if possible
Unlimited communication via phone or email
Complete wedding day coordination and on-site day-of execution, up to 10 hours
Vendor management, including coordination and communication
Custom to-do lists tailored to your event, 3 months prior
Full day timeline generation in partnership with your vendors
Packages start at $1,500
Final pricing will vary based on a number of factors including distance, venues, headcount, as well as scope of planning projects requested.

FAQs
How far in advance should/can I book?
The sooner the better so that you can lock in your date, however, at least three months prior to your wedding is ideal. At this time, I am booking for 2025.
I’m having an intimate wedding or elopement, do you have smaller packages with shorter length of coverage?
Definitely! No wedding is too small and I’d be happy to work with you to determine the right level of service.
Can I add to my package after initial booking?
Absolutely! While it’s better to book everything up front, I’m happy to jump in if you think of something down the road.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am based in Central Jersey, but booking weddings within the tri-state and beyond. Ask me about your location and if traveling fees apply. Anything within 50 miles of my home address does not have additional fees.
What is the booking process like?
While I’m happy to meet IRL for coffee, everything can be done online! Once you submit an interest form, I’ll reach out to you via email confirming availability and set up our “coffee date” where we’ll get to know each other and I’ll learn more about what you’re looking for and your vision. After, I’ll send over a proposal and agreement for review and signature. Once your agreement is signed and a 50% deposit is put down, your date will be reserved and the real fun begins! Final payment is due one month before your wedding, and payment plans are available.
